Job Description:

At Publicis Groupe, we're seeking a highly skilled Crm Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services/project management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects across digital campaigns and CRM projects. Your primary focus will be on managing client CRM marketing programs across client portfolios and overseeing the day-to-day management of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage client CRM marketing programs across client portfolios
* Oversee the day-to-day management of projects
* Motivate and support technical delivery teams to retain and grow opportunities
* Lead project implementation meetings and liaise with clients to understand their requirements
* Quality control, including reviewing all work submitted to clients
* Work closely with strategy and data teams to develop post-campaign reports and optimization suggestions

Requirements:

* Passion for CRM, data, and digital
* Proactive approach to managing projects
* First-class organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Full awareness of creative processes and techniques, including digital platforms
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a cool outlook
* Personable and professional character to build client rapport
* Confidence to give clients trust in your work
