At AcesGroup, we are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team at the New Allianz Stadium in Sydney.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and information to visitors
  • Protect assets through static positions or regular pedestrian and/or vehicle patrols
  • Monitor and guide behavior of people in places to maintain public safety
  • Observe workplace to reduce risk and maintain public safety
  • Prepare general security records and reports
  • Ensure access control is maintained

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service experience
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Appropriate personal presentation
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work 24/7 rotating roster or casual events
  • Security License (NSW 1AC)
  • First Aid Certificate (current)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (current)
  • Nationwide NSW Drivers Licence (desirable and role specific)
  • Willingness to complete role-specific training as required
