Job Role: Procurement Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced procurement professional to lead our team in driving continuous improvement and strategic sourcing initiatives.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating safety practices, commitment, and attitude while mentoring the procurement team
  • Develop and implement functional team KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives and process re-engineering
  • Verify and validate purchase orders, leading supplier order management and conducting audits

About You:

  • Proven background in procurement leadership and team management with strong skills in process re-engineering, supplier management, and compliance with HSSE policies

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in procurement or supply chain management and professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management
