Tree Worker

We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Tree Workers. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to tree maintenance and management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vegetation management, with experience in climbing, chipper operation, ground clearing, and EWP work. A positive attitude, physical fitness, and safety focus are essential for this role.

In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Attract & Retain Bonus - Up to $20,000
  • Remote Area Allowance - Up to $20,000 over 24 months
  • Local Area Allowance - Up to $10,000 over 24 months

About This Role

This is a full-time permanent position, with a fortnightly rostered day off (RDO) and generous living away allowances during any away work. You will be provided with PPE, tools, and equipment, and will have access to employee assistance programs for support.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • White Card (Construction Safety)
  • HR or MR Truck Licence
  • Chainsaw and EWP Licences
  • Cert II ESI, Cert III Arboriculture, First Aid
  • Chemcert
