As a Store Team Member, you will be the face of our organisation. You will bring to life everyday what we are famous for - our friendly service. Your role will involve working throughout the store, undertaking a variety of tasks such as getting stock on shelves, putting our fresh fruit and vegetables on display, picking orders for our online customers and being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave with their shopping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet, acknowledge and thank our customers for shopping with us
  • Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure safety for ourselves, each other and our customers
  • Help our customers by answering questions or taking them to products they are looking for throughout their shopping journey
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
  • Shop for our online customers, ensuring that they receive what they need
