We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at PRP Diagnostic Imaging. As a key member of our contact centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls to book appointments for our imaging procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients
  • Completing billing and invoicing for patients
  • Liaising with referring doctors and operating our booking system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in customer service, ideally within a call/contact centre
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in compassion and empathy
  • The ability to work in a KPI-driven environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum
