Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled Principal Industrial Relations Specialist to join our team at Henderson, WA. In this critical role, you will develop and implement robust industrial relations strategies and frameworks that align with program objectives and national interests.

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of an industrial relations strategy that aligns with business objectives and manages risk.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder and union relationships across the business and externally.
  • Execute and implement enterprise agreement negotiation strategies.
  • Develop and adhere to policies, procedures, governance frameworks, toolkits, and training related to industrial relations matters.
  • Provide expert advice and training to stakeholders across the program.
  • Manage investigations and disciplinary processes for the program.
  • Proactively resolve IR matters, disputes, and grievances to achieve optimal business outcomes.
  • Provide high-level strategic advice to Integrated Project Teams regarding workforce composition and planning.
