About the Role

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will lead a team of Onboarding Coordinators to deliver a comprehensive onboarding program that aligns with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an onboarding journey that fosters a strong sense of belonging and brings company culture and values to life.
  • Lead a team of Onboarding Coordinators to deliver a seamless, integrated, and impactful onboarding experience.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to connect the dots between organizational and departmental onboarding processes.
  • Partner closely with business unit enablement teams to ensure new hires have the resources and experiences needed to ramp quickly and effectively.

Your Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in onboarding and/or learning and development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
  • Project management skills.
