About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.

This role will involve working closely with the accounting and commercial teams to provide financial insights and support the month-end/ year-end close process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Coordinate audit processes for Mining Services with the Perenti Corporate Finance Team
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
  • Support ERP system enhancements and implementation projects
  • Prepare monthly reporting packs and assist with budgeting and forecasting reporting cycles
  • Work closely with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights
  • Maintain the Fixed Assets Register for Accounting and Taxation purposes
Requirements
  • Tertiary accounting qualification
  • Minimum 5+ years of management accounting experience, preferably in mining services or manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Coupa and PRONTO
  • Excellent technical accounting skills and analytical skills
  • Proven experience in driving process improvements and system enhancements
  • Ability to interpret, analyse and reconcile financial information
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Professional discretion and excellent interpersonal skills
