A dynamic and autonomous role is available for a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary clinic focused on evidence-based, holistic care.
The successful candidate will work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with patients through face-to-face consultations and telehealth services.
- Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Prescribe treatments that align with patient needs, prioritising their health and wellbeing.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Valid and unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner in Australia.
- AHPRA registration with the ability to prescribe Schedule 8 medications.
- Authorised Prescriber status (if applicable) for medical cannabis or willingness to obtain it.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport and explain complex medical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high ethical standards and delivering quality care.
- Flexible working arrangements with the option to work from our Melbourne clinic.
