Compassionate Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support our clients in achieving independence and empowerment.
Role OverviewThis is a permanent part-time vacancy in our Pennant Hills group home, requiring the successful candidate to work hours per week.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in carer or DSP roles, as well as a current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for their individual needs.
Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, manual handling using equipment and aids.
Transporting clients in wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
Being part of a dynamic team.
