The Division of Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care (ACRPC) is seeking an Advanced Nurse Unit Manager to manage the Hospital in the Home service (HITH) and the Single Point Of Coordination (SPOC) team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance service delivery, promote continuous improvement, and align with SA Health's vision and values.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of nursing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, professional development, and collaborative practice.
- Clinical Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and professional standards, promoting best practices and maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage financial and human resources, ensuring efficient utilisation and optimisation of available resources.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, external providers, and community partners to deliver seamless, integrated care and drive positive outcomes for patients and their families.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
