Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team in providing quality client-centered care services to Aboriginal, Guardianship of the Minister, and vulnerable young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational management, coordination, and leadership of the team, ensuring the implementation of the MYH change management process at a local level, and providing professional supervision of level 2 Nurses/Midwives and Aboriginal Clinical Health Workers.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in nursing, with at least 3 years of post-registration experience in young people, Aboriginal health, community health, disability, or complex health. You will also have experience in leading within a change environment, utilizing multidisciplinary team leadership skills, and have a demonstrated ability to relate to people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
