Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global marketing projects from strategy to implementation.
  • Manage all generalist marketing initiatives, including brand management, product launches, and trade show participation.
  • Lead a team of 3, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's competency aligns with future business growth objectives.
  • Manage and develop a team of Graphic Designers and Social/Digital Media specialists to meet company objectives.
  • Communicate project status to senior management and collaborate with the leadership team to improve processes and find deficiencies in workflow, communication, and quality.
  • Create marketing packs for every range and coordinate photo shoots, managing all logistics around this.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, display advertising, and paid search) and other marketing initiatives, such as local and global trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a graphic design/marketing or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A data-driven approach with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in digital marketing.
  • Experience in Shopify and WordPress site management would be advantageous.
  • A team player who can cross-collaborate well and take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs and make suitable recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
