Advanced Mental Health Practitioner

This role is a key part of our organisation's commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care. We are seeking an experienced social worker who can deliver effective clinical assessments and interventions to individuals and groups.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting skilled clinical assessments, delivering individual and group based social work interventions, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements- A minimum of 3 years paid work experience in a related or relevant organisation or service.
- A degree in Social Work from a recognised institution.
- Professional membership or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Registration under the Working with Vulnerable People ACT 2011.
- A current passenger Vehicle driver's license.
- Experience working within mental health settings, either inpatient or community-based.
- Skilled clinical assessment and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
