Food Service Manager

We are seeking a Catering Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will oversee and have responsibility for all catering operations, including staffing, food service, menu planning, and HACCP compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high quality client-centered service that achieves a pleasant experience for clients and promotes the organization in a positive way
- Menu planning and product development as required, including well-balanced menus, client group suitable menus, and formulating and testing new menu items and recipes
- Order and stock inventory (food and equipment) within budgetary limits to ensure effective catering operations
- A committed Christian who is active in their local church
- Experience in cooking for large groups (50+ people)
- Availability midweek and weekends
- Friendly, relatable, and hospitable
- Strong work ethos and a self-starter willing to contribute to improving systems
- Experience and familiarity with commercial kitchens and equipment
This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week with rotating shifts Monday to Sunday based on client group occupancy.
