The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our swim program, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
About the Role
You will have a passion for swimming and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You should be energetic, dynamic, and fun, with a flair for working with children. You will need outstanding communication skills and a strong ability to interact effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for students and their families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of swim program initiatives
Requirements
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
- Blue card: Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check
- AUSTSWIM Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
- AUSTSWIM extension certificate (desirable)
