About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to our members, focusing on effective swimming techniques and water safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging swimming lessons for students of all ages and abilities
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in swimming instruction
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve program goals and objectives
Requirements
- Current AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- Blue card: Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
