About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons and water safety programs to our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons for students of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and productive learning experience
- Contribute to the development and implementation of swimming programs and services
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
- Current AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- Blue card: Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for swimming and water safety education
