Are you a meticulous and client-focused administrator looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an individual to join our team in Australia as an Allied Health Administrator. Key responsibilities will include assisting with client inquiries, managing billing and rescheduling, performing general administration tasks, scheduling appointments, collecting and entering client details accurately, and opening and closing the practice as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Ensure accurate management of client billing and rescheduling processes
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks including scanning and filing documents
  • Schedule appointments and manage client schedules effectively
  • Collect and enter client information accurately into our system
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Allied Health administration is desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in practice management software such as Cliniko would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
