Job Title: Financial Services Liaison

 

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Liaison to provide exceptional support to our clients in the ETD and Prime Brokerage sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to client queries and concerns related to day-to-day operations
  • Participate in regular client visits, regulatory meetings, and industry projects to foster strong relationships and drive business growth
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for futures and exchange-traded options to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and breaks in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with audit requests and facilitate smooth client audits to maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and technical support teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risks, and enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and collaborative efforts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client services within the financial services industry
  • Strong numerical skills, product knowledge, and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve client satisfaction
  • Proven track record of process improvement, risk reduction, or customer satisfaction enhancement
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
