  • Evaluate and greet clients in a meeting office environment, ensuring they feel welcome and supported.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders.
About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support role.
  • Strong self-motivation with pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Previous financial services experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and solid knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills — confident, professional, and client-service focused.
  • Comfortable managing client interactions and liaising with service providers.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems (highly regarded).
