Job Overview

This role is pivotal in our client-facing operations, where you will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients, collaborating with various teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain robust relationships with high-net-worth customers by comprehensively understanding their financial aspirations and needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for targeted clients, delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Sustain ongoing client lifecycle management through regular updates of client information and timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Proactively engage with customers to foster effective relationships and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Support client acquisition and referrals by assisting business partners.
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, webinar, and podcasts in collaboration with the marketing team.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2+ years of relationship management experience within the financial services sector.
  • Experience in a sales environment working diversified solutions.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • A proven track record of working towards targets and KPIs.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required.
