As a Community Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
About the RoleThis role is an exciting chance for someone who is passionate about supporting others and making a difference in their community. As a Community Support Worker, you will be working closely with clients to enhance their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing support and assistance to clients with daily tasks and activities.
- Assisting clients with accessing community resources and services.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families.
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- A current Drivers License and reliable car with full comprehensive insurance.
- A Police Check within the last 12 months.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Orientation and Covid-19 Infection Control Modules.
Fortnightly on Wednesdays from 9:30am-11:30am.
