APS 6 Project Support Officer

Our team is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to support the delivery of communication and media activities for Defence Member and Family Support (DMFS) branch.

About the Role:

  • Engage with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and drive results.
  • Build relationships and foster collaboration to deliver effective solutions.
  • Coordinate design, development, and implementation of internal and external communication products and activities.
  • Continuously improve communication and media products and activities to meet stakeholder needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing, delivering, and implementing communication and media products and activities.
  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
