  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Expertise in business operation, financial management, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ambitious and self-driven with a passion for growth and development.
  • Exposure to building/construction or related industries will be highly regarded.
