Customer Experience Role
NAB is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our Burleigh branch. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description:
  • Support customers by being empathetic and understanding their needs.
  • Identify suitable products and services to meet customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate Smarter Banking options to make banking simple, easy, and secure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A passion for delivering quality customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No prior banking experience required – full training provided.
