Senior Dispensary Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacy or dispensary professional to lead our dispensary team as a Senior Dispensary Pharmacy Technician.

About the Role:

  • Oversee daily dispensary operations, including dispensing services and prescription collection.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff and hospital health professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage inventory systems, PBS claims, and QCPP/NDSS compliance.
  • Monitor and review dispense reports and patient information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Lead a dynamic and high-performing dispensary team.
    • Develop leadership skills in the private hospital sector.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Oversee dispensing services and prescription collection.
    • Assist with training and coaching of team members.
