Project Coordinator Job Description

This is a strategic position where you will play a key role in delivering standout activations across premiums, merchandise, and gifting. As a Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with our clients and their agency partners, managing projects from concept through to delivery.


This is a hands-on role that blends project management, client service, and supplier coordination. You'll be supported by a collaborative team and have the opportunity to build your expertise in premium merchandise, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: End-to-end promotional merchandise projects—from brief to delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Client Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, creative agencies, and suppliers; coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in account coordination, project management, or junior account management—ideally with FMCG brands—experience with promotional merchandise will be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, grow, and challenge the status quo.
  • Familiarity with sourcing, production timelines, and vendor management is a plus.
