Job Description

As a Merchandise Manager, you will lead and develop the Merchandise and Operations team to achieve high merchandising standards while maximizing sales targets and Back of House inventory efficiency. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the execution and maintenance of merchandise and promotional campaigns throughout the store
  • Team building and development, ensuring Operations and Merchandise teams are trained and efficient across processes and systems
  • Demonstrating, leading, and coaching a high level of customer care conduct
  • Driving sales and budgeting while maintaining stock integrity through compliance with loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
  • You must be a natural leader, driving engagement and creating a culture where people are motivated to give their best
  • Proactive in optimising work processes to create effective and efficient workflows
  • You will be a team player, collaborating and building partnerships to meet objectives
  • Passionate about identifying and developing talent to build careers and meet organisational goals
