- The Physiotherapist will deliver culturally sensitive therapy services, including assessments, treatments, and evaluations of clients. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide care and support for Aboriginal clients in the Northern Territory.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy services, encompassing assessments, treatments, planning, and evaluations for individuals presenting with diverse conditions.
- Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, including clients and external service providers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, quality enhancements, and service delivery outcomes.
- Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A tertiary qualification in physiotherapy is essential.
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with adult case loads is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various physiotherapy methods, including assessment, treatment, and evaluation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with effective time management and clinical load management.
