Join Our ESG Consulting Team

We are seeking an experienced ESG Consultant to lead the delivery of projects from strategy through to execution and support the development and enhancement of tools, processes, and practices by bringing new ideas and thinking to the table.

This is a client-facing consulting role utilizing your ESG/sustainability expertise background. You'll be managing individual and team workload, leveraging your strong project management skills and demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service outcomes for all clients.

You will work across a range of clients in both the public and private sectors. Some examples of the types of projects that you will be part of include:

  • Developing strategies or delivering bespoke solutions to address client ESG opportunities and challenges.
  • Carrying out an ESG Health Check to understand the current state of an organization.
  • Developing a client strategy and roadmap to be able to set and achieve ESG targets.
  • Developing a sustainability report for an organization.
  • Assisting an association to develop a holistic ESG strategy and roadmap for its members.
  • Supporting stakeholders to develop solutions that support the circular economy.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you'll come from a generalist consulting background with experience across multiple sectors and engagement types, with a track record of delivery. This will suit someone from the professional services industry with around 3-4 years of consulting experience.

  • Sound knowledge of the ESG and sustainability space and experience in delivering solutions for clients in response to ESG challenges.
  • Demonstrable experience and ability to work with senior stakeholders across a broad range of clients.
  • Ability to challenge clients thoughtfully, while developing relationships to support their ESG aspirations.
  • An aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
  • Well-developed core consulting skills (research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail).
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and experience building structures and processes within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture focused on developing strategic solutions that create long-term value for clients.
