
Strategic Process Improvement Specialist

The role of a Change Practitioner involves providing essential support to teams by navigating process, workflow, tool and behavioural changes. This position requires methodical attention to detail and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate Regulatory and Organisational Environment: Develop an understanding of existing processes, tools and workflows used to effect organisational compliance.
- Change Management Planning: Undertake impact analysis and stakeholder assessments, develop and implement change management plans that embed change and mitigate risk.
- Process Management and Improvement: Co-design processes, tools, workflows, guidance, command media to support the roll out and implementation of legislative and Enterprise changes.
Participate in Continuous Improvement: Engage in continuous improvement by aligning to best practices, applying lessons learnt and maturing the change management capability and GTC processes.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years' experience in change management.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to deliver and assist in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong process development skills with the ability to create, document, and communicate processes in a clear and structured manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a willingness to work collaboratively across teams and ability to create meaningful working relationships across disciplines.
- Australian citizen with the ability to meet defence security requirements.
