The OpportunityWe're looking for a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant, who will deliver comprehensive support for our products.
In this role, you'll be the key link between us and our customers, providing exceptional service by addressing enquiries both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- You'll engage with customers in our retail space - assisting them as they explore our product displays.
- You will collaborate with our on-site manufacturing team, spend time in the office managing quotes and orders, and venture out to customer properties to do on-site measures for custom products as part of your service.
- You'll assist customers by providing information about our product ranges, take ownership of the journey from start to finish, and ensure smooth order coordination and delivery.
The FitWe're looking for an enthusiastic team-player with strong customer service experience, and some exposure to a manufacturing environment. You'll need to be committed to delivering high standards of customer service and be able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of livestock equipment or the agricultural industry is advantageous.
