
Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at one of our childcare and early learning centres.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with children from birth to six years old, providing a nurturing and educational environment that fosters their social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week. The successful applicant will be required to work collaboratively with other educators and staff to provide high-quality care and education to our children.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging and interactive programs for children
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An ACECQA approved Early Childhood Education qualification (Diploma or Bachelor degree)
- Experience working with children from birth to six years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
