Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Acoustic Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting noise and vibration assessments across various projects in our Northen NSW region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting comprehensive noise and vibration assessments for small and large scale projects.
  • Applying technical expertise in acoustic consulting to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Noise modelling and data analysis, along with detailed technical reports and documentation.
  • Designing effective noise and vibration mitigation treatments.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing plans, and field monitoring activities.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant consulting experience in acoustic/noise/vibration engineering.
  • Experience with noise modelling software (SoundPLAN, CadnaA, EASE etc).
  • Strong understanding of relevant standards, guidelines and measurement equipment.
