Payroll Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll services team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to executive pays.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing Guidance and Support
- You will provide advice and support to Human Resources Branch and Ethical Standards Unit on issues relating to executive employment.
- Responding to Individual Queries
- You will respond to individual queries and provide advice on complex remuneration systems, employment frameworks, taxation requirements, and superannuation arrangements.
- Maintaining Knowledge and Expertise
- You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Payroll Services, including new developments, legislation, and industry standards.
- Building Relationships with Customers and Stakeholders
- You will develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver quality services.
To Be Successful, You Will Need:
- Demonstrated Ability to Build Relationships
- You will have the demonstrated ability to build and sustain a relationship-based culture with a customer service team.
- Ability to Work in a High-Volume Environment
- You will have the ability to work in a high-volume environment, manage conflicting priorities, and complete tasks to deadline.
- Knowledge of Payroll Services
- You will have knowledge or demonstrated ability to acquire knowledge of and provide accurate advice in relation to Payroll Services.
