Job Title: Payroll Supervisor

We are a premier agricultural recruitment company with clients across Australia.

Your Role:

You will be mentored and trained in coordinating day-to-day payroll processing for our casual labor hiring business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing key client payrolls each week
  • Interpreting multiple awards and employment agreements
  • Communicating with clients to resolve payroll issues
  • Identifying areas of improvement within the end-to-end payroll process
  • Assisting with setting up pay rules for new clients

About You:

To succeed, you will have experience or interest in high-volume payrolls, ability to interpret various EBA's and awards, willingness to learn and evolve, and proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
