Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Building Services Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the design, coordination, installation and commissioning of building services on complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and coordinate building services for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to ensure all documentation meets required specifications and timelines.
  • Monitor the production of technical drawings and as-built documents.
  • Assess the quality of work and report any concerns to the Project Manager.
  • Oversee the final handover of the building, including commissioning and submission of documentation.
Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of building services through relevant engineering or trade qualification.
  • Demonstrated industry experience working on large construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Able to deliver results within a project team environment.
