Key Roles and Responsibilities

We seek a professional leader to manage our food and beverage operations.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Lead a well-trained team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, collaborating with the front-of-house team.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on results to stakeholders.
  • Manage reservations, events, and functions to drive growth and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant management experience and possess excellent communication skills. Opportunities for career advancement are available.

This is a full-time position supported by a small team, working trading days from Tuesday to Sunday. The manager will work until service has finished and close-down is complete.
