The Role

You'll manage events from post-sale through to execution, ensuring seamless planning and delivery. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and promoting our venues to the event and wedding markets.

You'll work closely with our team to ensure cost-effective and high-quality events, providing feedback on creative ideas and actively promoting our services.

Your Attributes and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in wedding, corporate, or social coordination.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Natural problem-solving skills with creative and elegant solutions.
  • Prioritization skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A warm and welcoming presence with a genuine approach to client interaction.
