About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Centre Director to develop and implement strategies that drive the success of the centre.

You will have the opportunity to lead a team of educators, develop educational programs, and contribute to the overall direction of the centre.

About You

  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early Childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
