The Executive Assistant will provide high-level operational, strategic, and administrative support to the Regional Director of Education and Learning (T&L) leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Director in their day-to-day activities, offering services as needed.
  • Manage the Regional Director's diary, arranging meetings and dealing with various matters on their behalf.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring accurate transport and accommodation details are provided.
  • Check and action the Regional Director's email and mail, assisting with responses as necessary.
  • Arrange catch-ups with the T&L Leadership team to discuss and work on current projects and tasks.
  • Perform general secretarial tasks, including producing letters and reports for the Regional Director.
  • Assist the Regional Support Office Administration staff when there is an overload of duties.
  • Organize and coordinate events as required.
  • Maintain all filing systems, ensuring documentation is filed correctly and promptly.

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse range of people.
  • Able to manage own time and organize others in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Excellent knowledge of database management.
  • Microsoft Office – Advanced knowledge.
  • IT knowledge, able to assist with IT issues.
