Site Project Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Specialist to lead the successful delivery of civil projects in the fast-paced environment of WA's mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing daily site activities, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement ITPs, QA documentation, and progress reports to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor daily costs, quantities, and materials usage to optimize project efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to maintain project timelines.
- Enhance skills across all aspects of civil construction project execution, including quality assurance, site safety, and project management.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience as a Construction Project Specialist in civil contracting in Australia.
- Exposure to FIFO or remote mining projects, especially bulk earthworks in the Pilbara region.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, site safety protocols, and civil project scope.
- Practical mindset with a willingness to be hands-on and solution-focused.
- Bachelor's Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar field.
