Job Description:

As a seasoned Senior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading complex engineering projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in planning, executing, and managing heavy lift operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing the design and engineering of heavy lift operations, including lifting plans, rigging designs, and equipment specifications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, leveraging your exceptional communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lifting plans, considering factors such as weight, balance, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with rigging crews to ensure accurate setup and execution of lifting operations.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Maintain meticulous records of project activities, including lifting plans, equipment usage, and personnel certifications.
  • Provide expert guidance on rigging techniques, heavy lift equipment, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy lift operations, preferably in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with minimal errors.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering required.
