Job Title: Workshop SupervisorJob Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced workshop supervisor to join our team. As a workshop supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing customer orders for dispatch by physically handling industrial & hydraulic hoses and fittings.
  • Assembly of both Industrial and Hydraulic hose Manufacture and test hose assemblies in accordance with Australian Standards.
  • Becoming familiar with and having a strong working knowledge of our hose management program (HMP).
  • Picking and packing orders (for workshop orders)
  • Receiving, unpacking and storage of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures.
  • Assisting with stock takes and stock management
  • Use of forklifts/machinery to move goods and operation of power tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current drivers license and own reliable transport.
  • Fit and energetic due to the physical requirements of this position.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing standards.
  • Experience in the Industrial Hose and Hydraulics industry or similar background preferred.
  • Forklift license desirable.
