Centre Director Position

About Us:At our early childhood education and care service, we are dedicated to providing exceptional education and care to young children, fostering a safe, nurturing environment where learning, growth, and development flourish.

We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Director with an ECT qualification and at least 3 years of leadership experience to join our team.

Job Overview:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure the centre's daily operations run smoothly, including managing resources and staff schedules.
  • Deliver high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of individualised learning and development programs for children.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families, staff, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff schedules.
  • Deliver high-quality educational programs.

  • Monitor and evaluate the centre's performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an early childhood education setting.
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively and lead by example.
