Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead the funded kindergarten program
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that cater to individual children's needs while meeting National Quality Standards
- Manage a culturally diverse team in a long daycare setting
- Ensure compliance with ACECQA, WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection certification requirements
- Collaborate with the Wellbeing Team to provide dedicated support to staff and children
