Early Years Operations Lead Position

We are seeking a passionate and innovative leader to support the delivery of our Early Years education model.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading and managing quality strengths-based educational and support services, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective operational management of Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) programs in metropolitan and regional Victoria.
  • Lead day-to-day operations and provide leadership, support and supervision to the Early Childhood Education Leadership team.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering high-quality educational services to young children and their families.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing quality strengths-based educational and support services.
  • Strong skills in relationship building and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage clinical risk and reporting frameworks.
