Job Description

LotusFlare is a leading provider of cloud-native digital commerce and monetization platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Application Team to design, implement, and maintain a robust, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure architecture.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive infrastructure roadmaps and project plans, incorporating network upgrades, optimizations, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives and cost targets.
  • Track and report on infrastructure performance metrics, network health, and infrastructure costs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex infrastructure environments, including network design and management.
  • Strong technical background in microservices architectures, NoSQL databases, cloud technologies, network protocols, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Proven track record in program/project management and delivering cost savings.
  • Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, and security best practices for both infrastructure and networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
